Dunsmuir House is a Neoclassical Revival house in Oakland, California, and a filming location for A View to a Kill (1985), Phantasm (1979) and So I Married an Axe Murderer (1993). Built in 1899, it was designed by Joshua Eugene Freeman, and is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. It is owned by City of Oakland (Dunsmuir Hellman Historic Estate).
