The Plaza Hotel is a French Renaissance hotel in New York, New York, and a filming location for Home Alone 2: Lost in New York (1992), North by Northwest (1959) and Barefoot in the Park (1967) among other productions. Built in 1907, it was designed by Henry Janeway Hardenbergh, and is a National Historic Landmark. It is owned by Katara Hospitality (state-owned hotel group of Qatar).
